STS consulted with LHC to determine the optimal solution, then tailored and kitted more than 4,000 Touch Pro II devices pre-loaded with HomeCare HomeBase software, the industry’s leading point-of-care solution. This solution enables home health care workers to seamlessly integrate all forms, and automatically communicates data to insurance companies, Medicare, Medicaid, and physicians.

We managed all aspects of the process, from coverage assessment to pre-deployment. All devices were staged at STS and kitted with custom cases, expanded memory, stylus and car charger. We followed LHC guidelines to the letter during deployment, with ongoing support and help desk services provided as part of a comprehensive solution.
