As a company with 6,000+ mobile users, it was impractical to invest in the bandwidth and support to manage their solutions internally. Beyond being a large company, their total wireless usage load is extremely dynamic, with anywhere from 200-500 additions and changes to their user group over the course of any given month.  Additionally, the company is highly departmentalized.

STS has provided consultation, management, and support for the company over several years. We meet with the company’s disparate departments on a regularly scheduled basis in order to understand their evolving business needs, and to make adjustments to their wireless policies and implementation as needed.

A significant part of our services involves managing billing. With this client’s annual wireless bill of about $4 million, it’s essential to ensure accurate billing. At that scale, even a 2% of margin of error becomes very costly, which makes our management role a critical component of the company’s overall profitability.

Furthermore, we help ensure seamless, streamlined productivity through the field-ready delivery of devices to anywhere from 200-500 new or changed users every month. Customers are able to order their device online, after which we manage the entire process of port date, BES administration and more. As a result, users are ready to operate their device in an optimized manner as soon as it reaches their hands.
