Wayne Haddad

 Wayne Haddad has defined his career by choosing to work in fast-growing industries at key moments in their evolution. He has achieved key executive positions with leading companies in both information technology and healthcare. Now he lends his systems-driven perspective to the wireless industry, as the Chief Operating Officer at STS.

Wayne served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer with the Regence Group, a Blue Cross and Blue Shield health insurance company with annual revenues of $6.5 billion. He has also served as  Vice President and Chief Information Officer with Sierra Health Services, a Nevada-based healthcare company with $1.4 billion in revenues.

At STS, his executive-level experience enables him to apply large-system thinking to a nimbler company. As a result,  his streamlining of the company’s workflow and customer response processes has had a near immediate effect. Of course, true to Wayne’s history, it’s all a matter of being in the right place at the right time.
